    The cruise will last approximately 3 hours on Mondays and Wednesday - Friday. It will last approximately 2 hours on Tuesdays and Sundays. Please plan for approximately 2-3 hours for this experience.

    What To Wear
    We recommend casually stylish attire such as nice pants or jeans, polos, button-down shirts, and sundresses or skirts. Although allowed, we strongly discourage t-shirts, casual jeans, shorts, and sneakers.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. In those jurisdictions where it is required, all guests over the age of 18 are required to provide their full name and email address prior to boarding the vessels. Guests who self-report they are experiencing any symptoms indicative of COVID-19 will not be permitted to board our partner's vessel. All guests ages 3 and older are required to wear face coverings at all times while on board our vessels, except while dining, unless exempted by the local health authority. Our partners request that each guest face mask fully cover an individual’s nose and mouth and allow the guest to remain hands-free. They also require that the mask fit snugly against the side of the face, be secured with ties or ear loops, and be made of breathable material. Guests who do not have a face mask will not be permitted to board the vessel. If you have travelled internationally in the last 14 days, the CDC advises that you should stay at home and avoid contact with others. Additionally in those jurisdictions where it is required, guests will undergo temperature screening prior to boarding. Based on guidance from health authorities, anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry; those in their party will not be allowed entry either.

    What type of food is served?

    The cruise features all-you-can-eat dinner buffets with delicious choices prepared on board by the executive chef and their galley staff. With advance notice, special meals for guests with allergies can be arranged.

    What is the dress code?

    What is the difference between boarding time and departure time?
    Boarding time is when guests are able to board the ship. Departure time is when the ship leaves the dock. Boarding occurs 30 minutes prior to departure.
    Are there any age requirements?
    There are no age requirements for this cruise. Please note, children under 3 can board for free. Please notify Cloud 9 Living at the time of booking if you will have additional guests under the age of 3 so seating can be planned accordingly.
    Where does the cruise go?
    The ship departs from the Seaport World Trade Center Marine Terminal in Boston. While sailing routes may vary, the cruise passes the city skyline as far north as the Mystic River and as far south as Castle Island/Fort Independence.
    How do I get to the ship?
    The ship is located at the intersection of Seaport Boulevard and B Street, adjacent to Boston's World Trade Center and across from the Seaport Hotel.
    Is the ship wheelchair accessible?
    Yes. The ship can accommodate wheelchairs for boarding and provides a handicap-accessible restroom. Please notify Cloud 9 Living at the time of booking so the appropriate assistance can be provided upon arrival.
    Are gratuities included in the price package?
    Gratuities are not included in the package price and is suggested for all on-board purchases and outstanding service.
    Is there parking close to the ship?
    Yes. The Seaport Hotel Parking Garage is just a short walk from the ship and offers complimentary parking Monday - Friday evenings for guests entering the garage after 5:00 PM and exiting prior to 11:00 PM. You must bring your boarding pass when you leave to receive free parking. For all other cruise times, the garage offers 35% off the posted hotel garage rates. Your boarding pass is necessary to receive this discount. There are also outdoor parking lots on Northern Avenue and Seaport Boulevard that do not offer discounts. Parking rates vary from $7 - $10 per day. Prices are subject to change.
    How is seating arranged on board?
    The ship features cabaret-style seating. The majority of tables accommodate 4 - 8 people and guests are sometimes seated with other parties. Review our enhancement packages for private seating upgrades.
    What is the layout of the ship?

    The cruise ship is spaciously designed with 3 climate-controlled interior decks, outdoor strolling decks at the bow and stern and the largest outdoor patio deck in Boston topside. It is handicap accessible and Coast Guard approved for up to 600 passengers. Amenities include full-service bars, two dance floors (or staging areas), spacious bathrooms, flexible seating arrangements and huge, panoramic windows.

    Does the ship sail in inclement weather?
    Absolutely. The ships are fully enclosed and climate-controlled for your comfort. It sails rain or shine all year long.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given but rescheduling your dinner cruise is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your boarding time. Rescheduling is subject to a $25 per person transfer fee. Failure to appear on your booked date, cancel, or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

    “Actually got upgraded to the odyssey dinner cruise which was great!!! The 2 hours on a Sunday really wasn’t long enough though. By the time we all got served dinner and dessert the boat was back in port. No time to enjoy music and dance!!! Food and views were great!! Boat was short staff since was one of the first cruises of summer. Help they had worked very hard and were good.”

The drinks were very expensive. The service was slow.”

    “I would recommend the Odyssey dinner cruise over the Spirit of Boston. I've been on both previously and have to say that the quality of food and service, as well as the overall atmosphere on the Odyssey is a lot better than the Spirit of Boston. All of the staff on board were very welcoming and pleasant, but it was hard getting the attention of our server(s) - they seemed to be all over the vessel locating other customers to check on drink orders. I also was a little put out having to wait to settle my tab. I had asked to do so well before the cruise ended as I wanted to just finish the cruise upstairs relaxing with my mother who joined me for the dinner cruise. Instead, we had to return to our seats and wait for our server while watching intoxicated guests dance badly; the server came by with the bill just before we began to dock. Not how I wanted to end the cruise experience, but overall it was just okay.”

My wife and I were given the choice of sitting outside on the 2nd deck of the boat and were treated to some great waterfront scenario and I got to check in on the Sox game occasionally, best of both worlds. Please continue seating people outside as this is a real bonus! The food was really good with lots of variety and the DJ and entertainment was lots of fun. We were celebrating our daughters wedding from last month and this was an awesome gift from her and our son in law. We will be back and will pass on the great experience to friends and family. Kudos to all for making a great evening for us.”
    “The cruise was overly full,the meal was just OK and the waitstaff forgot about us. We had to get our own water,butter, dessert. They put us at a table in the middle of the isle and we were bumped so much that they moved us to an empty table way in the front of the ship and then promptly forgot we were there. In all fairness, there was a large convention on board and several birthday parties. I wish they had told me, I could have rebooked for another time. I do,not recommend this except for a large croud of people. for individual couples , weekdays would be the best ”
