    What To Wear
    We recommend casually stylish attire such as nice pants or jeans, polos, button-down shirts, and sundresses or skirts. Although allowed, we strongly discourage t-shirts, casual jeans, shorts, and sneakers.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. In those jurisdictions where it is required, all guests over the age of 18 are required to provide their full name and email address prior to boarding the vessels. Guests who self-report they are experiencing any symptoms indicative of COVID-19 will not be permitted to board our partner's vessel. All guests ages 3 and older are required to wear face coverings at all times while on board our vessels, except while dining, unless exempted by the local health authority. Our partners request that each guest face mask fully cover an individual’s nose and mouth and allow the guest to remain hands-free. They also require that the mask fit snugly against the side of the face, be secured with ties or ear loops, and be made of breathable material. Guests who do not have a face mask will not be permitted to board the vessel. If you have travelled internationally in the last 14 days, the CDC advises that you should stay at home and avoid contact with others. Additionally in those jurisdictions where it is required, guests will undergo temperature screening prior to boarding. Based on guidance from health authorities, anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry; those in their party will not be allowed entry either.

    What type of food is served?
    This cruise features a plated lunch menu prepared on board by the executive chefs and their galley staffs. With advance notice, special meals for guests with allergies can be arranged.

    What kind of entertainment is on board?
    Odyssey offers live entertainment for boarding and food service paired with an entertaining DJ that will get everyone up and dancing after their meal.
    What is the cruise route?
    Departing from Rowes Wharf, this ship cruises along Historic Boston Harbor from Castle Island to George's Island, then east to the Boston Light on Little Brewster Island, and back north to Charlestown Naval Yard before returning to the Wharf.
    What is the dress attire?
    Jackets are recommended for men and cocktail attire for women. It's requested that no jeans, tank tops, halter tops, gym shoes or flip flops are worn on the cruise.
    Are there any age restrictions?
    There are no age requirements for this cruise. Please note, children under 2 can board for free. Please notify Cloud 9 Living at the time of booking if you will have additional guests under the age of 2 so seating can be planned accordingly.
    Is the ship wheelchair accessible?
    Yes, the main boarding deck is wheelchair accessible and the crew is available for assistance. Please include a note at the time of booking regarding any assistance requests.
    How will my group be seated? Will we all be together.
    Tables seat between 2 - 10 people. If your party requires more than one table, the staff on board will ensure they are located next to each other.

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given but rescheduling your lunch cruise is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your boarding time. Rescheduling is subject to a $25 per person transfer fee. Failure to appear on your booked date, cancel, or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

Since this was our first visit, he explained the luncheon and the layout of the vessel in great detail. He was very professional and polite. A highlight for both of us wwas the very fine musician who sang and played guitar at the perfect volume for dining. His voice and his song selections were perfect. It seems that we were scheduled to be on the Spirit but the direction had go to Rose Wharf where the customer service girl was extremely obnoxious. Oh she finnally said, didn't you call the number listed. We said no because we didn't have any questions. Then we had to walk 20 minutes farther down the water front to board the Spirit. Once we were on the Spirit and were served by our server Sara, all was well. She made us feel very welcomed as did all the crew.”
