Safari tents can accommodate up to 4 adults per tent. The tents have king-sized beds and up to two camp cots, with linens, will be provided upon request.

What To Wear
Please wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing. Although the tents are luxurious, you will still spend a considerable amount of time in the outdoors.

For this experience, our partners are taking proactive steps to help mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19. These steps include ongoing staff training, rigorous cleaning of high touch surfaces in tents, common areas and bathrooms, and mandated frequent hand washing by all staff members. As this experience is held outdoors, all tents have a private entry and exit and are not connected to any air ducts. Our partners kindly request that all participants wash their hands frequently and to reschedule if you are not feeling well.  

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM-1:00 AM on the day of your arrival. Please let the provider know in advance if you are planning to arrive later than 10:000 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the morning of your departure.

Is there electricity in the tent?

These tents are entirely unplugged. However, there are battery powered lanterns and fans in each. The lanterns also have USB ports for charging small electronics.

Are meals included?

No, meals are not included with you stay. There is, however, a local restaurant that will deliver breakfast and lunch meals to the front desk each day. Meals orders must be placed the night before their delivery.

In addition, there are gas grills available to use, free of charge, on a first come first serve basis. Basic cooking utensils are provided, but you will want to bring your own coolers, ice, plates, cups, and eating utensils.

*Please note that, in order to protect the camp from critters and bears, food consumption is PROHIBITED inside your tent. Beverages are allowed.

Is there a grocery store or restaurant onsite?

No, guests are responsible for bringing their own groceries and beverages. The camp is located just 5 minutes from the town of West Glacier where there are a few restaurants available.

Are there bathrooms?

These Safari tents do not have en suite bathrooms. However, communal bathroom facilities are located just a short walk away from your tent. The bathrooms, though shared, are private and each individual unit includes a hot shower, sink, and flushing toilet.

What do I need to bring?

Although luxurious, this is still a camping experience and you should pack accordingly. The tent will be equipped with bed, linens, blankets, and towels. There is a wood-burning stove in each tent to warm you on chilly nights. You will be responsible for bringing all other items you need for the weekend.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome in camp! There is a $25 fee per pet, per night which can be paid directly to the provider. Pets must be kept on a leash and all waste must be cleaned up immediately. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the tents at any time.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 14 days notice is required for cancellations or changes to your booking. Bookings canceled or changed more than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a 5% cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are responsible for the entire time reserved and will forfeit all payments. All canceled reservations will forfeit 5% of the amount paid for processing fees. Early departures or no shows will result in the loss of the full value of your experience.
