Essential Information
- Individual participants must not exceed the weight limit of 300 lbs or height limit of 6'8
- Participants must be at least 12 years old
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Landing fee is included in the package price
- We recommend booking a date at least 14 days in advance
Duration
If you selected the 30-minute flight, plan on being onsite for about 60-minutes to allow time for orientation, questions and personal time followed by 30 minutes of flight time from engine start to stop. If you selected the 60-minute flight, plan on being onsite for about 90-minutes to allow time for orientation, questions and personal time followed by 60 minutes of flight time from engine start to stop.

Spectators
Not allowed in the plane, but friends and family are welcome to come and watch or take pictures and view the take-off.

What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions.
Is there a height or weight restriction?
There is not a height or weight restriction. However, if you are more than 300 lbs or taller than 6'8" please contact Cloud 9 Living.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancelling or rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.

“I booked this 1 hour flight lesson for my boyfriend as a gift and it was even better than I could have hoped for. Cloud 9 was very responsive with my questions before reserving, and Michael and the Icarus Flying Academy was above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Michael (the owner) met us personally along with the flight instructor and was very patient teaching us (both) the basics of the aircraft. Once my boyfriend left on his flight (he was in the air for 30-40 minutes) Michael stayed with me to even help me take videos of his flight from the ground. If interested in flying, this is worth every penny.”
