    What is the dress attire for the cruise?
    Business casual attire is requested such as khaki pants and a collared shirt. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable shorts to more formal. Bring along a light jacket or wrap as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.
    What time do I board the ship?
    The boarding time is 30 minutes prior to departure. Please allow yourself enough time for parking and to pick-up the boarding passes.
    Where can I park?

    Newport Beach: Parking is limited at the Newport Beach facility. Limited parking is available across the street in a metered City Parking Lot behind Jack Shrimp. ($.75 per hour, up to 10 hours payable at one time).

    Marina Del Rey: The first two hours of parking at Fisherman's Village Parking Lot will be validated by the experience provider. Please bring your parking ticket with you on the cruise to get stamped. Any additional parking time will be charged at a rate of $1.00 for every 20 minutes (subject to change). Payment is by cash only and there are no ATM's in Fisherman's Village.

    Is there pre-assigned seating?
    As you board, the captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck. From there the host/hostess will show your party to your assigned table(s). Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. Seats are assigned based on needs and capacity for each cruise.
    What happens if it rains?
    The cruise takes place indoors and will run rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the ship will remain dockside.
    What kind of entertainment is on board?
    There is no dancing available on the Champagne Brunch Cruise. There is background music to ensure a pleasant ambiance.
    Can we bring our own decorations?
    Small groups without private space can bring table decorations but early boarding is not allowed.
    What decor is provided?
    All yachts are decorated with linens, lantern centerpieces, silver and china.
    Can I bring cakes and flowers on board?
    Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board. You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee (subject to change). You may bring flower bouquets.
    Is the ship wheelchair accessible?
    There are wheelchair accessible yachts in the fleet, however not all yachts and decks are accessible. Please call Cloud 9 Living at 866-525-6839 to ensure wheelchair accessibility for the date you are planning to cruise. 

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

However, was very disappointed that there was no monologue regarding of who lived where, history of the area, etc. Although the Wild Goose was docked next to us, no mention of John Wayne. Not even when we passed the place where his home used to be. There is so much history and interesting stories to be told of the area, it is a shame that out-of-towners and out-of-staters never heard any of it. Perhaps someone in the cruise company should take a cruise on one of the smaller companies that do provide an interesting monologue, to increase the enjoyment of the experience.”

    “I was surprisingly very happy with the whole trip. From the moment we arrived at the dock, we were greeted with a friendly, smiling attendant. The Captain and his crew stood at the door welcoming everybody. Standing in line for the hostess, we were handed our first glass of champagne, which kept flowing all throughout the whole trip. All the tables were window seats. The buffet was excellent -- only thing is they ran out of some of the good deserts. The staff was very attentive, kept walking around with the champagne bottle all around the ship and on the decks during the whole trip. It was truly a "champagne brunch." We were very lucky with the weather also -- a beautiful, sunny, warm day. But the staff is a very important factor as to how successful an event is, and I must say, the staff was the best anyone could have asked for. We are definitely going on an other brunch cruise again. Actually, I have a friend that belongs to a travel group, and they are going to look into a trip for themselves. Thank you , Thank you from a very pleased customer.”
