A professional wine ambassador will lead you to the neighborhood hot spots, where you will be welcomed to a reserved table. At each of your 2 stops, you will have a dedicated wait staff standing by, ready serve pre-selected wine to you and your group. Over the course of 2 hours, you will enjoy 6 different wines and learn how to taste, pair, and buy wine. Along with the tasting, you will receive premium wine education from your experienced ambassador!
Your first stop on this wine tour will be at the Spanish cuisine Amada. Amada opened its doors in 2005 and it features authentic tapas and a full bar complete with an extensive wine list. Here you will sample 3 different wines and enjoy some mixto cheese plates!
The next stop will be made at a contemporary oyster bar and cocktail lounge called The Olde Bar. This bar is in one of Philadelphia's oldest buildings and is a tribute to the city's storied past. During this stop you will taste 3 different pre-selected wines along with delicious samples of fresh oysters and beef fat fries!
