When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Mid-May through October:
Daily - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

November through Mid-May:
Daily - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Essential Information
  • If booking for only 2 passengers, the flight is public, and you may be joined by other parties
  • Private flights offered for 3 passengers (subject to weight restrictions)
  • Individual participants must not exceed 240 lbs
  • Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 675 lbs
  • All participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and have a signed waiver by parent or guardian
  • Water and headsets will be provided
Duration
Approximately 20-45 minutes of flight time, depending on option selected.

Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions, closed-toe shoes, and sunglasses are highly recommended.

Yes! This flight is a private tour for you and up to 2 other passengers. However, you will be subject to weight restrictions.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Each individual passenger must be under 240 lbs and the combined weight of all passengers (up to 3 total) must not exceed 675 lbs.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. No cancellations or rescheduling requests will be allowed. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
