When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Essential Information
  • Small group exploration while you enjoy the extraordinary natural beauty of the mountains, waterways and forest, public art, architecture, historic sites, and beautiful bicycling
  • Tour does not include meals or bikes 
  • Rentals are available upon request for an additional cost
  • Starting/Ending Point is at any convenient location in greater Seattle, Washington, including hotels, bed and breakfasts, bike rental location, etc
  • Skill Level - suitable for fit beginners, intermediate, or experts
  • Distance is custom to each group's request (between 3-50 miles)
  • You'll ride on paved roads, mostly flat and small hills, maybe a few bigger hills
  • Touring, hybrid or mountain bikes are suitable
  • Bicycle helmets are required by local law

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations for a refund are not allowed. However, you are can reschedule your experience up to 16 days prior to the experience, subject to a $10 per person rescheduling fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule in accordance with these requirements will result in the loss of value of your experience.
