    What To Wear
    Dress is typically casual and soft-soled shoes are required. The temperature can be cooler on the water, so guests are encouraged to bring a sweater.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. In those jurisdictions where it is required, all guests over the age of 18 are required to provide their full name and email address prior to boarding the vessels. Guests who self-report they are experiencing any symptoms indicative of COVID-19 will not be permitted to board our partner's vessel. All guests ages 3 and older are required to wear face coverings at all times while on board our vessels, except while dining, unless exempted by the local health authority. Our partners request that each guest face mask fully cover an individual’s nose and mouth and allow the guest to remain hands-free. They also require that the mask fit snugly against the side of the face, be secured with ties or ear loops, and be made of breathable material. Guests who do not have a face mask will not be permitted to board the vessel. If you have travelled internationally in the last 14 days, the CDC advises that you should stay at home and avoid contact with others. Additionally in those jurisdictions where it is required, guests will undergo temperature screening prior to boarding. Based on guidance from health authorities, anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry; those in their party will not be allowed entry either.

    What do I need to bring with me?
    Please bring a valid form of ID and cash for the full bar and parking, if desired.
    What is the menu?

    The menu is based on seasonality and various factors. The meal is 3-4 courses and may include a soup course, fresh salad, entree and dessert.

    What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

    Please note at the time of booking if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Accommodations can typically be made with at least 48 hours' notice.

    How is seating arranged on board?

    The ship features Captain Seating. The majority of tables accommodate 4 to 6 people and guests are sometimes seated with other parties. 

    What type of entertainment is offered during this cruise?

    Each deck offers a solo local artist who plays a wide genre of music.

    Is parking available near the boarding dock?
    Yes, parking is available near Patriot's Point. It is typically $5 to park and is payable in cash only (subject to change).
    Is this cruise wheelchair accessible?
    There is limited wheelchair accessibility, please indicate your request for this seating at the time of booking. 
    Are children allowed to attend?

    Children are allowed; however the normal rates shall apply. Please note, there is no children's menu. 

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancelling or rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

    “Overall experience was disappointing. Food was decent, although I would definitely not call it ‘gourmet’, but service was lacking. We were very surprised and disappointed to be seated at a table with another couple- so much for a romantic dinner to ourselves. Instead, we were awkwardly forced into small talk while sharing a table with strangers. There were tables for two along the outer edges of the dining room and then tables for four in the middle. We had a reasonable expectation of being at a table alone for a ‘gourmet dinner cruise for two’. It seemed very disorganized to us- we didn’t know when to go to top deck to actually be able to see the sights versus staying below deck without visibility to avoid missing out on our meal. We will definitely not repeat this excursion.”

So wonderful of you to chat with the other guests at your table, what a great way to meet some new friends! We try to note that the seating is Captain's Seating, with a majority of the tables set to accommodate 4-6 people.
